  6. PROBLEM:       A customer had a Future Domain SCSI host with NetWare 286
  7.                v2.15c.  They had configured the disk driver for IRQ 5 in
  8.                the operating system, and the adapter itself was set for IRQ
  9.                14.  The file server booted with no errors.  Somebody downed
  10.                the file server and caused some unknown problem which
  11.                required VREPAIR.  The VREPAIR had been linked with the
  12.                wrong IRQ which then caused the redirection error.

  14. SOLUTION:      After linking a new VREPAIR and choosing the correct
  15.                configuration, everything worked fine.
